Wayne Waters,
president and general manager of Waters Plumbing,
learned the plumbing trade during his four-year enlistment in the U.S. Air
Force.
After leaving the service in 1971, he spent several years working
for a municipal water district in his home state of South Carolina.
He and his wife, Deborah, moved to California in 1976, where he
continued in the plumbing trade. Several years later he obtained a state
plumbing license and Waters Plumbing was born in 1984. Waters Plumbing
was a one-man shop for many years and Wayne gained a well-deserved
reputation for quality and integrity in Tuolumne County.
In 1998, Wayne
and Deborah expanded Waters Plumbing, and
began to hire and train employees who would duplicate
the integrity, reliability and quality of workmanship that had been
the hallmark of the company.

Heating & Air is a professional service and repair plumbing company
and now has four trucks in operation with a total of nine employees. This
success is
based on an unwavering commitment to quality. The goal of Waters Plumbing
is
to satisfy every customer 100% with everything they do for them, from

first telephone call to the clean up at the end of the job. This kind
